    Why I Left My First Coven

    I did not ever think that a coven would appeal to me. I shied away from Wicca because of the rules of the faith and practice. I wanted to build and create my own way. Yet, when I was invited to join a small online coven, I was excited. The leader was knowledgeable and had brought over members she trusted deeply from a prior group she had created.     Building Your Own Wheel of the Year

    If you don’t really want to tie your practice to the traditional wheel, make your own! The key is to nail down the seasons or times that feel truly significant to you.
